Our services for PE- owned firms can be deployed during all phases of the life cycle as a portfolio company. From assistance to investors during the pre-closing phase, to realisation of value enhancement through cost cutting and revenue enhancement and all the way to the divestment phase. We work for and with the management, yet taking responsibility for the execution and upon delivery handing it over to management.
